The above pricing is for ready to apply (RTA), self-adhesive lettering. The real estate sign comes pre-spaced in words or phrases as needed. Simply peel off the paper backing and the vinyl lettering will stick to the (Pre Applied) masking tape. Once positioned correctly just smooth the decal on firmly then remove the Masking, leaving the vinyl lettering and graphics. .040 Aluminum	.040 Aluminum signs have 3/8" pre-drilled mounting holes and 1.5" radius corners. Our aluminum signs are coated with a high quality, baked on high gloss enamel. Aluminum is the most sturdy material for Real Estate signs and will last the longest. This is a good choice for small to medium size indoor and outdoor signage.
2nd Side Same	This is the cost for the 2nd side lettering and graphics being the same on both sides of the sign. If you would like to order a different layout on the back side you can do that using the design tool. After you hit customize it you find that you can design the layout for the front and back side your sign.
4mm Coroplast	4 mm Corrugated Coroplast Signs are 4mm thick. They resist cracking and are made from polypropylene. Coroplast is a great choice for a quick and temporary sign.
3mm PVC	3mm PVC signs are lightweight durable plastic material, with a smooth matte finish on both sides. Along with coroplast PVC is a great choice for quick and temporary signage. The surface has virtually no glare or reflection which has a conservative appeal. Plastic PVC Signs are lightweight, thin and easy to mount with screws, double-sided tape or adhesive. PVC is best used indoors but can be used outdoor for short term periods.
Reflective Quality Film Upgrade	Reflective vinyl backing is 5mm thick. It resists cold, heat, water, acids, salts, and gasoline. The reflective vinyl is thermal printable. Never apply to wet surfaces.
