These are some exciting times for Sign A Rama in Skokie.  We have launched a new era in the sale of custom made signs that will forever change the process in which you can order signs.  Our new web site www.signaramaskokie.com is the first of its kind within the sign franchise industry.  Our customers now have the ability to create, design, and purchase their own custom signs using our new online store.  Our online store is open 24 hours where you can upload logo’s, choose from thousands of different fonts, choose basic colors, and layout your design within your specific size restrictions.  If you have a design you can upload your artwork using our unique tool bar.  After you have finished with your design you can proceed to checkout our continue shopping. 

For price sensitive customers looking to save costs on installation we have added a new informational page where they can now learn how to successfully install lettering.  We have also added many new products such as squeegees and application fluid which is needed for installation. 

One of my favorite features of our new online store is the vehicle lettering design tool.  You can now select the make, model, and year of your car, truck, van, boat, snowmobile, or even trailer.  The unique design tool technology brings up the exact specifications of that vehicles front, back, and sides where you can begin with the layout and design process.  Some of the design tool features include:

We have found that simple lettering can be some of the most challenging products to sell and deliver to our customers.  Some of the biggest challenges we have seen in the past are with selecting the proper font and sizes for our artistic customers.  Using our new lettering tool customers will be able to see exactly how the letter height and length will look like based on by using our simple ruler along the side and bottom of the text.  There are other easy to use features such as choosing various background and font colors.  This feature prevents redo’s and mistakes because it allows you to see the best color, font, and size combination for your own specific application.

If you use the online store to purchase your sign products there will be no minimum purchase.   This means our customers can purchase a $4.00 sign without an artwork charge, customer service charge, or even a setup charge.  We encourage all our customers to use this technology to see how it can benefit your home or business.  By streamlining this process we can now produce and ship your signs next day (order must be submitted before 12:00 PM).  Same day service is also available but rush charges would apply.
